Some collectors presume this to be a fake. Actually, it's a Korean licenced doll released during the first Korean broadcast of the series (dubbed as 카드캡터 체리, or Cardcaptor Cherry). 

It seems that there are two variants of this doll, open mouth and closed mouth.
